The services provided constitute a private, structured consulting program designed for personal development, burnout recovery, and decision-making clarity.

These services do not constitute medical treatment.

Participation is limited to individuals who:

• are legally competent adults 
• are not experiencing acute psychiatric conditions requiring clinical treatment 
• have completed the application process 

I reserve the right to decline participation at my sole discretion.

Participation is subject to:

1. Submission of an application 
2. Confidential consultation 
3. Formal acceptance 

No contract is formed until acceptance is confirmed in writing.

• Fees are communicated after initial consultation 
• Full prepayment  is required to secure a booking 

Payments are non-transferable.

• Cancellations made 14+ days prior: partial refund 
• Cancellations made <14 days: non-refundable 

Exceptions may be made at my discretion.

This program is:

• intensive and introspective 
• not designed as a leisure or wellness retreat 
• conducted in a private, non-institutional setting 

Participants are responsible for their own engagement and outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages 
• participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own responsibility 

All interactions are treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
